Although Kookmin Bank is reviewing various alternatives to enter the securities business, such as through the acquisition of an existing securities company (including Hannuri Investment & Securities Co., Ltd.), no specific decision has been made by Kookmin Bank in connection with the above. Kookmin Bank plans to update its disclosure regarding the above by no later than December 19, 2007 (or sooner if there are any definitive decisions or actions by Kookmin Bank prior to such date). |
