2007-08-30Kookmin Bank (the “Bank”) is reviewing internally a possible conversion into a holding company structure. In connection with such review, the Bank is also reviewing internally mid- to long-term plans for a potential spin-off of the credit card division and the growth of KB Asset Management Co., Ltd. through potential M&A activity. The press reported the foregoing on August 29, 2007. The aforementioned is subject to change.
